Configuration:
1. Corrugating Machine:
Tile roll diameter: 266mm.
The upper corrugating roller, pressure roller and roller down, are
air conditioning.

Tile roller, pressure roller adopts high temperature resistant
lube.
Glue parts for automatic cycle glue.
Upper and lower corrugating roller 48CrMo chrome molybdenum alloy
steel, heat-treated, hardness HRC56-60 surface by grinding.

2. Bridge:

3. Pre heater:

7. Crosscut machine:
